Hi Anthony, not sure if you still keep up with this, but I thought I'd check. Today I purchased a Catapulp 7" with Japanese characters on the front and on the disc. The two songs are "Where Is Phil Spector" and "S.E.A.". I can't find much about them or the Rotary Ten label. Were you still interested in hearing this?
